The prepared cutting fluid is not prone to spoilage and does not cause pollution or harm to the environment and operators. The concentrate is prepared by uniformly mixing Ninesen?M1109 additive package with water (conductivity ¡Ü 400 ¦Ìs/cm) in different proportions. Then, a multi - purpose semi - synthetic water - soluble cutting fluid can be obtained by dissolving the concentrate in water at a ratio of 5.0% (wt).
